Lost progress

It started out how I lost my progress the first time and I didn't have much that I lost and the game kept telling me to make a new character. Then I made a new character and a day later after I left with my new character and all the progress the game gave back my first progress and character now I'm stuck with my first data again and I can't get back my second data. Both of the progresses are under the same ingame name WARRIORDesert9. These 3 pictures are my first progress that I'm stuck on I'm gonna try getting my second progress back.
